With slips in short supply, we offer convenient, self-service parking, just two miles from Ledgedale and Ironwood Point launches. Our facility is gated, easy to maneuver and easy to access from I-84 and Rte. 507. Our lot can accommodate boats, jet skis, trailers and RVs at summer season, winter season or year-round rates. Make room for guests at your house and park your accessories with us!

Outdoor storage, gate access during business hours: $300.00
Outdoor storage, gate access on your schedule: $400.00
Indoor "Dry Dock" storage with call-ahead access: $750.00
